With over 20 years of experience in government affairs and project management, including broadband and communications policy and deployment; planning and permitting; public safety and the convergence of AI, energy and data infrastructure, Josh brings a multidisciplinary perspective to every project.
Josh has led initiatives across the private, nonprofit, and public sectors, including strategic planning for broadband expansion, negotiating large-scale infrastructure contracts and serving as a champion for economic and community development.
Josh brings his insight into the growing convergence of AI, the digital workforce and data infrastructure which uniquely positions him to help communities and organizations plan and advocate for the future.
